Abuse Policy


Abuse Policy

The following policies will be implemented as of 15 November 2010. Users found violating the policies will be penalized in accordance to the violation.
Important: Players are advised to safe-guard their own personal accounts as they are responsible for any actions conducted through the use of the respective accounts.
Accounts that have been caught for illegal activities will be subjected to the stipulated relevant penalties as stated, irregardless of the user whom had accessed the account at the time of the violation.

Definitions and disclaimers:
  1. During the ban period, players will not be able to access the offending AuditionSEA game account in any way.
  2. Permanent Ban refers to permanent suspension of the offending AuditionSEA game account.
  3. Inventory Reset refers to removal of the offending character’s dens and dens item.
  4. All GM decisions are final in the game.
  5. Appeals will not be entertained.
  6. Dens and experience removed will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
  7. Player who feels that the ban issue is unfair and wish to view the evidence must pay a deposit of SGD$150.00. This deposit will be refunded to the players if they are found to be innocent.
    Players who failed to give valid explanation will have their deposit forfeited. Viewing of evidence will be arranged and notified by email. Payment must be made beforehand.



Illegal usage of National IDs
Each AsiaSoft Passport account is deemed as a personal account that is uniquely identified with the accredited owner's National Identification (ID). AsiaSoft shall use the National ID as a mean to identity verify our members during:
  • Event participation and prize collection
  • Reporting of lost password/login ID matters
  • Reporting on A-Cash related matters
  • Reporting of compromised Asiasoft Passport account
  • Ownership dispute triggered by Trading of Accounts

In accordance with AsiaSoft Passport Terms and Conditions of Use, any account that has been found to have erroneous information will be deemed invalid and penalised with an immediate suspension of the entire AsiaSoft Passport account. In the event that a report has been made on the illegal usage of a said National ID, AsiaSoft will proceed to suspend the affected Asiasoft Passport account that bears the disputed National ID. Investigations will be carried out accordingly, in which it shall require the identity verification, inclusive of the disclosure of personal information where necessary, of the individual parties involved in the said dispute to facilitate the investigation. Ultimately, the rightful owner of the National ID will be returned, and accredited, with their right of use of the National ID to register for an AsiaSoft Passport account. The existing account which had been involved in the dispute, and officially deemed to have been registered with the disputed National ID without the rightful owner’s consent, will be permanently deleted.

Note that the National ID is used as a legal mean to verify, and identify, a person’s identity and is subjected to the respective laws of citizenship of the said person’s nationality. Illegal usage of National ID can lead to criminal investigations by the relevant authorities if the owner wishes to pursue the offence. Please be informed that Asiasoft Online Pte Ltd is in no way, liable for any course of action taken by the accredited owner in the event of a disputed case of misuse of National ID
Prohibited In-Game Names (IGN) Offences under inappropriate IGN include but not limited to:
  • Impersonation of GM names
  • Sexual context
  • Obscene body organs
  • Vulgarity or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion
  • Drug/Narcotic references
  • Action phrases or complete sentences such as "Youwillnotsurvive", "killme".
  • Names that is or may be illegal or is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights laws
  • Names reference hacking such as "haaacker", "goodbotter"
  • Names that make no sense or created to confuse other users with letter masking such as "0liveOlL", "lksdjflij". (i.e. switching "i"s for "L"s and zeros for the letter "o").
  • Names that comprised of gibberish (eg., "sdfdgdsfg", "uy45tfgsdf")
  • Names that comprised of characters other than English alphabet.
  • Otherwise inappropriate.
Penalty for usage of prohibited IGNS.
Characters will be suspended for verification/renamed randomly.

Upon verification, nickname must be changed within 24 hour of release.

If we believe you have created an account to mislead, confuse or annoy other players with the spelling of the name, the administrator have all rights to suspend/rename you. If you are concerned or in doubt about a name choice, we suggest you do not use it. 


Definition of Misconduct / Harassment: 
  • Misconduct: - Used generally for any unpleasant behavior that is shown to irritate another person with certain intention.
  • Harassment: Persistent disturbance, pester, as well as to create trouble, to fellow gamers in the community.
Penalty for Misconduct / Harassment include:
  • Misconduct / Harassment = 7 days suspension


Definition: GM Impersonation
Any attempt to pass off or falsely represent any of the Administrative staff (e.g. GameMasters) towards other players.
Account Scam
Any attempt to induce another player in revealing his/her user id and/or password through any means.
Item/Dens Scamming
Any attempt to gain possessions or valuables (A-Cash items, Prepaid Card, etc) from another player through trickery and deceit.

Any attempt to trade with another player with promise of benefit for him/her but failing to fulfill his/her own part of the agreement.
Penalty for scamming include:
  • Scamming = 14 days suspension + Mandatory Account Reset


Definition of Monetary Trading: 
Sale of Game Items, Game related points and Game Account for monetary.
In addition, such illegal activities are not desirable in AuditionSEA as sellers and buyers will be solely responsible for their actions. There is no mechanism to ensure the exchange is fair and will be carried out entirely.
Penalty for Monetary Trading include
  • (1st Offence)
    Monetary Trading = 14 days Suspension + Verification Players will not be able to access the offending AuditionSEA game account in any way during the ban period.
    Players are required to re-activate their restricted Asiasoft Passport before they can access to their offending AuditionSEA game account after the ban period.
  • (2nd Offence)
    Monetary Trading = Permanent Ban + Suspension of Asiasoft Passport

**Appeals will not be entertained.


Definition: Modification of the game client or usage of 3rd party programmer to gain unfair advantage in game.
Offences under hacking include:
Usage of third-party applications, memory editors, trainers or debuggers (or otherwise commonly termed as, hack tools) in altering the Game, Game Service, or Game Client in any manner whatsoever, which may, or may not, lead to an unfair advantage in the game play, and over other players.
This also includes the act of bypassing, halting or modifying any form of authorised protection system deployed during the execution, and running, of the Game, Game Service, Game Client, nProtect and GameGuard, in manner whatsoever.
Penalties for hacking include, but not limited to:
  • Requesting of Hack Tools = 3 days
  • Selling/Advertising of Hack Tools, or Services = Admin fee + 30 days
    In-game suspension is applicable for advertising even outside of AuditionSEA.
    (For 3rd time offenders, it will be a permanent ban)
  • Suspected Usage of hack tool = Suspension up to a maximum of 60 days for investigation + Verification.
  • (1st Offence)
    In-Game Hacking, Game File Editing or usage of bot = Admin fee + 30 days suspension + 10% of experience deduction.
  • (2nd Offence)
    In-Game Hacking, Game File Editing or usage of bot = Admin Fee + 30 days suspension + 20% of experience deduction
  • (3rd Offence)
    In-Game Hacking, Game File Editing or usage of bot = Permanent Ban
Players will not be able to access the offending game account in any way during the ban period.
In addition to the basic ban period, all offenders will be granted:
Mandatory Inventory Reset
Removal, and deletion of all in-game items and Dens in the affected AuditionSEA game account.
Optional Account Reactivation
Offenders may opt to reactivate their AuditionSEA account after serving their mandatory ban. This can be done by paying an administrative fee equivalent to an amount five times that of the offending character’s level caught in violation of game play rules. Repeat offenders will enjoy exclusive ten times penalties with de-level of game character. 
  • All GM decisions are final in the game as adequate evidence would be gathered before the decision is being made. 
  • Appeals will not be entertained.
  • Items once removed, will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
If the user finds that the penalties are too heavy, it is a reminder that these are the consequences for hacking, and cheating, in the game. Do not hack or cheat.
Asiasoft places a very important emphasis on fair play as it is essential in the gaming community.



Definition: Entering a game account without authorized permission from the original owner.
All users are strongly advised to refrain from sharing of accounts due to security reasons. There will not be any reimbursement available if items, dens, or Audition cash points lost in this manner.
Penalties for Account hacking include, but not limited to:
  • (1st Offence)
    Account Hacking = 14 days Suspension + Verification + Inventory Reset
  • (2nd Offence)
    Account Hacking = 30 days Suspension + Verification + Inventory Reset
  • (3rd Offence)
    Account Hacking = Permanent Ban

  • All GM decisions are final in the game as adequate evidence would be gathered before the decision is being made. 
  • Appeals will not be entertained.
  • Asiasoft Online is not obliged to compensate item loss for account hacking. It is ultimately a players' own duty to safe-guard their accounts.


Exploitation of bug Exploitation of bug is a serious offence, those who are caught in exploiting in-game bug will be summarily punished to protect the general interests of other players. 
Definition: A form of cheating in which a character exploit the flaws/bugs in the game to achieve something that is not intended by the game developer.
Penalties for Account hacking include, but not limited to:
  • (1st Offence)
    Exploitation of bug = Admin fee + 14 days suspension + 5% of experience deduction.
  • (2nd Offence)
    Exploitation of bug = Admin fee + 30 days suspension + 10% of experience deduction.
  • (3rd Offence)
    Exploitation of bug = Permanent Ban

Players will not be able to access the offending game account in any way during the ban period.

  • All GM decisions are final in the game as adequate evidence would be gathered before the decision is being made. 
  • Appeals will not be entertained.
  • Items once removed, will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

* All banned accounts (for hacking, advertising hack, selling cash items, selling accounts, scamming etc.) will result in their respective Passport being suspended for security, and investigative, reasons.

Affected players will not be able to login into their Passport and are required to perform identity verification for the purpose of reactivating, and reinstating, their Asiasoft Passport accounts. If the stipulated remedy of performing identity verification is not done within 90 days, the affected Asiasoft Passport account together with all game accounts will be wiped. Existing game accounts and in-game items, inclusive of any form of in-game currency, therein will, and are, not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in manner whatsoever.

Any A-Cash items, or responding balance, will, and are, not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in manner whatsoever.
